Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira, born in Campinas Sao Paulo on May 26 in 1978. She's appeared in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (2000). Ana Paula Oliveira became a member of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March 2020. She manages the Assassination Witness Project, and is an essential part of the GI-TOC's multilateral engagement. In GITOC, her work is focused on the assassination of people in the context of illegal economies. Interests in research include the impacts of organized criminality in relation to law, policy as well as legislation that relates in relation to human rights. Ana Paula holds an LL.M cum laude in International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She also holds an LL.M. in Public Law, as well as an MBA in international relations from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula is a graduate of The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with the magnacum laude diploma with a degree in Legal as well as Social Sciences. Her professional experience is comprised of four years with a firm specializing in litigation involving public law. Her previous experiences included working with roles in non-governmental organizations that are headquartered on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
