Angela Kaufman
Angela Kaufman has been a writer, speaker and certified intuitive consultant. Also, she is licensed clinical social worker, an accredited Astrologer, and a political activist. In addition to being a Reiki Master and a Certified Psychic Medium, she's also an Ordained Priest. Kauffman was a painter specializing in portraits. She produced historical paintings during her three-year Italian stay. Her election in Rome's Accademia di San Luca in 1765, was a mark of appreciation for her work. Angelica Kauffman lived in England for just 15 years yet she had a major impact on London's 18th century art scene. Angelica Kauffman was only two of the female founding members of the Royal Academy. Angelica Kauffman passed away on 5th November 1807, aged 66. Liz Powers co-founded ArtLifting alongside her brother Spencer Powers in November 2013 and has been in collaboration since that time. Liz got selected as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 as the Boston Globe's Game Changers. When she has time off, Liz is a fan of making artwork from old books walk, run, and sail. Kauffman's British connections were made after the family relocated to Rome at the beginning of January 1763. After a few months, the family went back to Naples where she continued her portraiture and learned more English. Kauffman took classes in Old Masters in Naples and the first of her paintings was sent to London.
